1.   1-Prostar introduces brand new design High Power (HP )inverter technology with capacity from 8KW to 12KW. At 48VDC input, it offers maintenance free operation and flexibility of usage, rugged and environmentally friendly. With full copper coil torroid transformer, has improved efficiency, transforming to very low power loss.

2.      2- Prostar has concluded her collaboration arrangement with Don Bosco Training Institute Obosi to offer first class and qualitative training on renewable energy in the most conducive learning environment. This would be a golden opportunity for all who wish to acquire or improve their practical knowledge on solar energy designs, installation and maintenance.

3.       3- Prostar has successfully completed the installation of over 120 sites of ATM power backup systems for Keystone Bank through the nation in a record time of 5months. The installations included solar hybrid in some locations and stand-alone solar systems in some other locations.

4- Prostar Global Energy under its group member, Prime Solar Power Ltd., in 2006 won consultancy services on Solar Energy to National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure, Nigeria (NASENI). Under this service, Prostar Global will design and develop 0.8 Megawatts Solar Stations to power its office locations in about 7 of its centers in different parts of Nigeria.

5- On a second note, Prostar Global Energy has successfully installed about 750 poles of Solar Street light to Rivers State Government of Nigeria. In a similar circumstance and within the same period, Prostar Global installed 120 units of Stand-alone Solar street light for Cross River State Government.

6-  It is noteworthy that Prostar Global under its group member: Prime
Energy Ventures Ltd., is now in partnership with NCERD ( National Centre for Energy Research & Development, University of Nigeria, Nsukka ), for the development or advancement of solar energy in Nigeria. To this end, Prostar Global was awarded a substantial contract by the Centre in 2007 to supply wide range of renewable energy products to the Centre.

7- In the same 2007, Prostar Global won a contract to backup telecom and Automatic Teller Machines (ATM) for Cyberspace Nigeria Ltd and Zenith International Bank Plc respectively.

8- Prostar Global Energy Group Ltd., donated a mini Solar Station to Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State to enhance research into Solar Energy.
