It is noteworthy that Prostar Global under its group member: Prime Energy Ventures Ltd., is now in partnership with NCERD ( National Centre for Energy Research & Development, University of Nigeria, Nsukka ), for the development or advancement of solar energy in Nigeria. To this end, Prostar Global was awarded a substantial contract by the Centre in 2007 to supply a wide range of renewable energy products to the Centre.
