Over the years, we have discovered that one of the challenges in the field is the inadequate manpower that is experienced in the design, installation, and maintenance of renewable energy systems. 

We also know that there is a huge unemployment rate for young people in Africa, especially Nigeria and this could be an avenue to create jobs while adding to the economic development of the country too.
